I have an ADA Request. What’s the best way to request accommodations for my Travel Package?

If you need to request ADA Accommodations for your hotel reservation OR experience at Pilgrimage Festival, please reach out to pilgrimagefestival@100xhospitality.com with the following information as soon as possible:

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA Requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the festival’s website.

Travel Packages

How do I place my order?

All Pilgrimage Festival Travel Packages are on sale now and must be purchased online. After you click on your desired Travel Package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, to make and finalize your order.

Are your prices Per Person or the Total Package Price?

Both! Next to the package of your choosing we list the Price Per Person, with the Total Package Price next to it. Please note, the listed prices do not include taxes & fees.

How many rooms are included in my Travel Package?

All Travel Packages include one room for two guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability.

Do the Pilgrimage Festival Travel Packages have an age restriction?

Yes, all Travel Packages have an age restriction of 21+ to check in at the hotel. Those under 21 can still occupy a room and attend the festival; however, the primary booker of the reservation must be 21+ for hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

Do you have a Payment Plan option for Travel Packages? Can I pay in full?

Yes! You can opt into a Payment Plan – a 60% deposit PLUS taxes & fees will be charged at checkout, then the remaining 40% balance payment will be automatically charged on Friday, April 19, 2024 to the payment method on file. You also have the option to Pay In Full at checkout, ensuring no additional payments after you complete your purchase.

Can I pay off my Payment Plan before the second-payment due date of April 19th?

Yes! To pay off your payment plan early please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday at: customerservice@ticketstoday.com who will assist you with this request.

Do Travel packages come with tickets to Pilgrimage Festival?

Yes, all Travel Packages include two (2) tickets to Pilgrimage Festival for Saturday, September 28th – Sunday, September 29th. You will have the option of either GA or VIP tickets during the checkout process, depending on availability. 

What is the difference between the GA and VIP ticket types included in the Travel Packages?

Please reference the festival’s website for all the details about what is included in GA (General Admission) tickets vs VIP tickets.

When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?

More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event.

How will I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x check-in on the same day of your hotel check-in and must be picked up then! Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the Travel Package?

More information regarding roundtrip transportation including details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email closer to the show dates!

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, email us immediately at pilgrimagefestival@100xhospitality.com and we will do what we can to help.

Hotel Information

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy, viewable here. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.

What parking is available at the hotels?

100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual websites of the hotels. You can refer to the summary here, but please note that 100x is not responsible for any parking fees, which are subject to change, and determined by each hotel.

How far is each hotel from the venue?

We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue. See the distance of each hotel from the venue here.

Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.

Travel Package Requests

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my Travel Package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your Travel Package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your Travel Package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can email us at pilgrimagefestival@100xhospitality.com to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate!

All requests must be submitted to 100x by Monday, August 26th, 2024.

I purchased a Travel Package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

All requests must be submitted to 100x by Monday, August 26th, 2024.

If you are gifting this package to a guest and would like to update the order information, please reach out to pilgrimagefestival@100xhospitality.com via the email address used to complete your Travel Package Purchase. Please submit your request in the following format for faster processing:

Once you provide us with this information, the new package holder will officially have the package in their name and will be able to check into the hotel room and claim their festival passes. Please note, if you provide this information for a name update after tickets have been issued from Ticketstoday, you will be responsible for  transferring tickets to  the new package holder. All packages must be paid in full prior to it being transferred to a new guest.

All Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay and festival passes) and cannot be split by day.

I have a special request for my hotel stay. How should I get you this information?

Submit all requests for your accommodations to pilgrimagefestival@100xhospitality.com.

All requests must be submitted to 100x by Monday, August 26th, 2024.

How do I update the payment information for my travel package

To update your credit card information please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at: customerservice@ticketstoday.com
